Last night I sat and read most of my old blog, some of it brought me to tears. So much has happened in the passed few years, sometimes it doesn't seem as if it is real.
I’ve been feeling a little down lately, missing my sisters, and the rest of my extended family who live in Scotland. I think back to my childhood years of family birthday parties, and holiday celebrations with all of my extended family. It makes me sad to know that my future children won’t get to experience any of that.
Family is so important, it takes a village. Unfortunately my husband is not as close to his family. Hopefully one day soon, we can move a little closer to them.
