We're enjoying summer break. Lil' Man has been staying up later (8:30), and sleeping in until 8ish. We've been to the pool, played in the sprinkler, been to the beach, and the lake. We've been attending all of the free shows at the library, and going to wild adventures.
Today we took a 3 hour nap, after getting up early to go yardsailing. Lil' Mans behaviors have be so/so at home, however he still continues to pick. Hopefully we will get it under control soon.
When I was little I picked at mosquito bites terribly - finally my Grandma made a thick paste of baking soda and water for me to dab on the raw/scratched bites. It stung a teeny bit - but mostly I remember how neat it was to watch it dry and crumble off. Fiddling with the paste kept me from pickin the bites... Have I thanked you a million times for the Gripe Water for the baby boy??? His Early Intervention Specialist is from Africa and she said all the babies in her country go on gripe water like we put all babies on vitamins!
